A gentle exfoliator
Exfoliating helps remove dead skin cells, dry skin build-up, and other barriers on the top layer of skin. A proper exfoliation helps your skin prepare to soak in all the benefits of your skincare routine.
As we age, exfoliating needs to be a gentle, non-chemical process. Using a harsh or chemical exfoliator can do more harm than good.
THE HYDRATING MASK contains recycled crushed olive leaves from our Italian farm, which are used as a very gentle exfoliator. You'll feel this gentle exfoliation effect when applying and removing the mask. This helps your skin absorb the hydrating ingredients of the mask. In addition, your skin will better absorb the ingredients in the Sole Toscana 4-Step Skincare Set that you should use with the mask.
How to use THE HYDRATING MASK
Start with clean skin (use Rosewater Wellspring Cleanser).
Apply mask generously to cover your face and neck area.
Wait 10-15 minutes before removing the mask with lukewarm water.
Gently massage in a circular motion while removing the mask for an exfoliation effect.
Follow with Sole Toscana Neroli Radiance Serum and Rosehip & Calendula Triple Cream.
Use mask 1-2x weekly.
Enjoy fresh, hydrated skin.

If you have dry or combination skin, using THE HYDRATING MASK 1-2 times a week will likely meet your exfoliating needs. If you have oily skin, you can try increasing the usage to 2-3 times a week. Or oily skin users can use a daily scrub as needed in between 1-2 uses of the mask each week.
We recommend starting with 1-2x per week. If you need extra hydration and moisture, you can increase the usage to 2-3x per week and just reduce the amount you exfoliate when rinsing the mask off.
